Among the graduates were outstanding talents, some of whom were able to shorten their training period due to their excellent performance, as the training managers Sabine Dunkel and Daniel Ibald proudly announced.
Particular mention should be made of Marie Kurz, a graduate of the Mittelrhein Model, who was among the 257 “Best Trainees 2024” this year. She received this award from the Koblenz Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Koblenz), in the context of a personal tribute from IHK President Susanne Szczesny-Oßing and Minister of Economic Affairs Daniela Schmitt.
For Lohmann, the promotion of young talent is of central importance. The apprentices are not only seen as the skilled employees of tomorrow, but also as decisive shapers of the future, as COO Dr. Carsten Ludwig Herzhoff emphasized. During their apprenticeship, the trainees build up valuable networks, enrich the “Team Lohmann” and work together successfully. The company is very much looking forward to taking them on in various departments and continuing to support them in their careers.
Lohmann has a long tradition of training and excellent prospects for taking on apprentices. The company's apprentices are regularly among the best in their year.
